Topnano Showcases PI/Cu/Ni Metalized Film at TPCA Show 2026

R2R Vacuum Sputtering film for EMI Shielding, Flexible Electronics and Advanced Electronic Materials

PI/Cu/Ni Metalized Film for Flexible Electronics

Topnano's featured PI/Cu/Ni metalized film consists of Polyimide (PI) film, copper (Cu), and nickel (Ni) layers. The PI substrate provides flexibility and thermal stability, while the copper layer offers electrical conductivity and the nickel layer provides additional surface functionality and protection.

R2R Sputtering for Flexible Metal Films
