TOP Nanometal Corp. specializes in R2R sputtering manufacturing, focusing on the production of flexible conductive materials, including metallized polymer films and composite metal foils. Our advanced manufacturing plant is equipped with seven state-of-the-art roll-to-roll (R2R) sputtering machines, enabling us to offer customized sputtering services tailored to meet diverse customer requirements.
Our R2R sputtering OEM services are categorized into two primary segments based on material types. The first category involves the creation of metalized polymer films, where nano-scale metal or alloy is deposited onto a polymer substrate, such as polyimide (PI) or polyethylene terephthalate (PET) films. This process utilizes cutting-edge roll-to-roll vacuum sputtering technology to achieve high-quality coatings.
The second category focuses on composite metal foils, where a metal foil substrate—such as copper or aluminum—is coated with a layer of nano-scale metal or alloy through the same R2R sputtering process. This results in a composite metal material that offers enhanced properties suitable for various applications.

Currently, we have total 7 sputtering production lines. Monthly production capacity reaches 100,000 M2 (square meters), total products included. Each product is manufactured by its own sputtering production line; hence, the risk of cross-contamination is effectively reduced.
