Copper Foil sputtered Graphite Thermal Film (DLC diamond-like carbon copper foil ) is a composite functional material with the effects of heat dissipation, temperature uniformity and EMI shielding.

Vacuum sputtering graphite process is a way to make DLC diamond-like carbon materials. DLC (Diamond Like Carbon) has many excellent material properties: including high thermal conductivity, thermal uniformity, and improved material wear resistance.

DLC copper foil material has relatively high thermal conductivity and can also regulate the thermal expansion of the raw material copper foil, its DLC characteristics can reduce the LED interface stress and accelerate the dissipation of waste heat generated by the electro-optical effect of the LED.

Copper foil with good thermal conductivity is sputtered with a layer of nano-scale graphite (also an excellent thermal conductivity material) by roll-to-roll sputtering process. There is no glue in the middle, and the material is not fragile and will not drop graphite powder.

In addition to the thermal function, it can also effectively increase the brightness of the LED, and the performance-price ratio is better than the artificial graphite used before ! 


1. Attach the copper foil to the heat source, the heat will be quickly conducted to the graphite surface through the high longitudinal thermal conductivity of the copper foil

2. At this time, the carbon atoms of the sputtered nano-scale graphite distribute the heat energy evenly due to its high thermal radiation efficiency.

* Because the material itself is conductive, it is suitable for heat dissipation products that do not require insulation.
* If there is a need for electrical insulation, it is recommended to use it with Mylar sheets.
