Copper Foil sputtered Graphite Thermal Film

Topnano's Copper Foil sputtered Graphite Thermal Film is a composite material that uses copper foil as the base material to sputter a layer of nano-scale graphite, which has both the metal uniform temperature effect of copper foil and the horizontal heat dissipation effect of graphite.
 
The cooling effect of copper foil material on the z-axis vertically is quite remarkable. Putting the copper side on the heat source can bring the heat down vertically, and then with nano carbon to produce the effect of flat heat dissipation.

Compared with artificial graphite sheets, in addition to the processing characteristics, the Copper Foil sputtered Graphite Thermal Film is only nanometer-level in thickness, and the heat dissipation effect on the xy axis is slightly worse than that of artificial graphite.
